Painting 1; Advanced Painting (Studio Art 2A/2B)

The Painting Curriculum will help students to develop an important foundation for observing and interpreting what they see around them, the importance of painting in human history, and how to work with a variety of modes of expression and materials. The Fine Art Department’s teachers at Wootton High School value Painting as a building block for student learning, whether this is the only art class taken or it is a spring board for developing a continued interest in art.
Currently, there are two levels of Painting being offered: Painting 1 and Advanced Painting (Studio Art 2A/2B)
